Life can be very demanding and challenging at times and dealing with issues on your own can feel overwhelming. We all go through periods in our lives when things are more difficult for us and sometimes we can get a bit stuck in our ways of being and thinking. 

Counselling is often described as ‘talking therapy’ and it may be helpful to talk to someone outside your circle of family and friends, in a confidential space about whatever is troubling you and to find ways forward out of that ‘stuckness’. 

My hope is that our time together will facilitate the development of your self-awareness and sense of self so you can choose your way forward with greater self-insight. Being a part of your journey to feeling and living the way you want would be my absolute privilege. We can work together to figure out what’s getting in the way of that.
